To secure your place on any of our training courses, a deposit payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

 

We understand that plans can change, and therefore we allow course date rescheduling. However, any request to reschedule must be made with a minimum of 7 working days’ notice prior to the scheduled course date.

 

This notice period is essential, as we carefully organise each training session in advance, including booking models, preparing materials, and allocating resources to ensure the highest quality learning experience.

 

Cancellations with a request for a refund are not permitted under any circumstances. We only accept rescheduling, provided the required notice period is respected.

 

Failure to provide at least 7 working days’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and training slot.
